Ricky Chopra holds a bachelors degree in Advertising & Sales Promotion and an LL.B degree, both from the University of Delhi. He is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi and a reputed Bar Association of Delhi. He has been active in IP law practice before joining Two Way Bridge. Ricky has represented clients like CB Richard Ellis, Great Eastern Impex and others in varied matters of legal importance. Ricky’s current role at Two Way Bridge is to build international affiliations across the globe. He has been instrumental in successfully developing working relationships of mutual benefits with the top law firms in the US. Ricky never misses a chance to advise our domestic clients on international patent strategies.

Mr.Anand graduated from the JIIT, Noida, India (Bechlor of Technolgy in Biotechnology, 2006) and Certificate course in intellectual property rights from WIPO. Mr.Anand has taken various biotechnolgical projects deuring his engineering program such as ‘‘ To study role of extra cellular matrix (ECM) proteins (like collagen, fibronectin, laminin etc) in diagnosis and pathogenesis of renal (kidney) diseases like renal cancer (both acute and chronic renal cancer), polycystic kidney and extreme cases of kidney stones

Nitesh Raut is a patent analyst with Two Way Bridge IP Management consulatancy Services, and is Team leader of the biotechnology  and Pharmaceuticals Practice. Mr.Raut provides business advisory to life sciences clients relating to all aspects of intellectual property, including patent drafting, patent analysis, validity searches, non-infringement, and freedom to operate analysis. Mr.Raut has over two years of experience in the patent field.

Mr. Raut is the former research associate in the Biotechnology Department of the AIIMS (All India Instute of medical sciences, India). His technical experience encompasses drug delivery systems, including nanotechnology drug delivery systems, pharmaceuticals, biologics, virology, and immunology. He has also filed his own patent at Indian Patent office for an innovative project (application no. 1037/DEL/2006).

Mr.Raut is graduate from the JIIT, Noida, India (Bachelor of Technolgy in Biotechnology, 2006) and has done a certification course in Intellectual Property Rights from Justus Liebig University, Giessen, Germany, 2006.

Sunil Kumar is a patent executive working with Two Way Bridge consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd, a patent research and consultancy firm having its office in Noida, adept at handling diverse range of patent operations related to the Biopharmaceutical, Biotechnological and various technical fields. His profile includes patent prior art searches, validity searches, freedom-to-operate searches, patent mining and mapping, and licensing. He is a new member in TWB family, which always aims at hiring persons with creative skills and analytical capabilities.

Sunil has a post-graduate engineering degree (M.Tech) in the field of biotechnology from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida (UP). His technical skills and proactive approach to work led to his incorporation in the company. His technical skills set includes having a first-hand experience on techniques such as ELISA,SDS PAGE,PCR supplemented with bioinformatics exposure in Rasmol, MOE, Cn3D Viewer, Clustal X, HMM, Hyperchem, Swiss-Prot. He has R&D exposure by undergoing   training at Central Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (CIMAP), Lucknow.

Pushpendra Jaiswal is working as IP Coordinator with Two Way Bridge consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd, a patent research and consultancy firm headquartered in Noida, handling diverse range of patent operations related to the Biopharmaceutical and various technical fields. His profile includes preparing and writing patent applications, patent prior art searches, validity searches, freedom-to-operate searches, patent mining and mapping, and licensing issues.

He has prior experience working as patent expert at Patent Pharmaceuticals division of Corporate Legal and Intellectual Property Department at Sanofi-aventis Deutschland GmbH, Frankfurt am Main, Germany. During his tenure at Sanofi-aventis he worked under Dr. Elmar wein the head of the corporate legal and intellectual property department at Sanofi-aventis Deutschland GmbH. He came back to India to join Corporate IPR division at headquarter of Panacea Biotec Ltd where he was responsible for biotechnology inventions and Biopharmaceutical patent portfolio management.

Pushpendra has an Engineering degree in Biotechnology from Jaypee Institute of Information technology University, Noida (UP). His leadership skills led him to chair as secretary of student’s organization at his university. After completing his graduate studies from India he went to study the European patent law from Justus Liebig University, Giessen, Germany supported by scholarship from Hessen Ministry of Higher Education and DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service). His areas of interests are building patent strategy, Para IV filing, and prior art searches, Patent Litigation, Infringement issues, Hatch-Waxman Litigation and Strategizing business decisions
